Lime Gelatin
Frozen Dessert
Please
read the directions all the way through before commencing
Ingredients
- 2 cups
boiling water
- large
package lime gelatin powder
- ½ gallon
(2 quarts) softened vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup
shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small
can pineapple chunks
Preparation
- In a
large non-metallic mixing bowl, mix in lime gelatin powder to boiling
water
- Fold in
and mix thoroughly ice cream.
- Add
cheese.
- Drain the
juice out of pineapple chunks.
- Drink the
juice.
- Add the
pineapple chunks to the dessert.
- Mix.
- Chill
until firm.
- Eat. This is pretty good dessert…best if
eaten within forty-eight hours of preparation.
