35 Lime Gelatin Frozen Dessert


Lime Gelatin Frozen Dessert
Please read the directions all the way through before commencing

Ingredients
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • large package lime gelatin powder
  • ½ gallon (2 quarts) softened vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can pineapple chunks

Preparation
  1. In a large non-metallic mixing bowl, mix in lime gelatin powder to boiling water
  2. Fold in and mix thoroughly ice cream.
  3. Add cheese. 
  4. Drain the juice out of pineapple chunks. 
  5. Drink the juice. 
  6. Add the pineapple chunks to the dessert. 
  7. Mix.
  8. Chill until firm. 
  9. Eat.  This is pretty good dessert…best if eaten within forty-eight hours of preparation.
