Footprints on the beach
By rising tide washed away
Bare sand behind me

Have you noticed, some
people to change lead to gold
do make bullets first

Throttle wide,
Draggin your knee,
Forever free.

Hearts Desire

If Thou be right for me,
If I be right for Thee
When our day is done,
Our hearts be as one,
As we ride
Love's high tide.

If not for each other,
Let me be thy brother,
Loving friend
To day's end.
As we ride
Love's low tide.

Dreams Flow

We want things bright as day,
So we dream them that way.
Time's flow ending
Is so heart rending,
That we tell stories
About past glories.
Love shatters apart,
Shards pierce our heart.
Time to a crawl doth slow,
Dreams from our eyes flow.
Think not that life lingers,
It passes, as water through fingers.
Dry we cry our eyes,
Prayers rise to the sky.
We try to be brave ,
As goodbye we wave.
